Colors of noise

Let me show you a great Wikipedia entry about different coloured noise. There are many forms of noise with various frequency characteristics that are classified by "color". Some have well-defined technical definitions, while others are colloquial or jokes. It is strating from white, pink, brown, blue, purple and grey. There are even sound clips of the more mainstream colours.[via]
